Who we are
Health Initiatives Africa is a Dar es Salaam–based health consultancy with a pan-African perspective. Our multidisciplinary specialists bring senior practical experience from public health programmes, clinical services, government partnerships, implementation science, evaluation, technology and capacity development.
Our approach combines locally grounded expertise with rigorous technical methods. We work alongside governments, development partners, non-governmental organisations, health facilities and communities to create solutions suited to local systems and priorities.
